Who owns the code and the application we build?
Everything we build together is and stays yours: the code, the application and the accounts. We claim no ownership and never use your code or data for anything else.
Can we sign an NDA or data processing agreement?
Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and, where we process personal data, a data processing agreement. Mention it at the intro call and we arrange it up front.
What tooling and accounts are needed, and who manages them?
In the workshop (day 2) we use our standard stack: Supabase (database + auth) and Netlify (hosting), with GitHub for collaboration. For the application on your own data (day 3) we connect to your existing environment - we can also work with other databases and hosting or cloud providers. The accounts are in your company’s name and stay under your control; your IT lead keeps control over access.
